All purchases on NextStair are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
2. No Guarantee of Results
NextStair does not guarantee any specific results from a listing or placement on the Site. This includes but is not limited to traffic, sales, clicks, impressions, leads, or any other performance metric. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this.
3. What We Provide
We deliver exactly what is described at the time of purchase. Our obligation is fulfilled once the agreed service has been provided, regardless of the outcomes you experience.
4. Exceptions
If NextStair fails to deliver the purchased service, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds in this case will be processed within 14 working days of the confirmed failure being acknowledged by our team.
